Meet & plan.

I’d love to know more about you and your brand, project or event. Each project is unique, so after our chat, I will be able to put together a proper quote*, contract and timeline for us to work together. Once everything has been agreed upon and the paperwork has been signed, the project can begin!

*May vary from your estimate. Once fees are agreed upon, you will be invoiced for 45% of the total design fee up front with the remaining payable on delivery. Design work can only begin once this first invoice has been paid.

Explore & create.

Moodboard & Inspiration

I will begin by researching and understanding what makes your brand/project/event unique. By putting together a Moodboard of visual inspirations, I will be able to define a direction for the visual identity of your brand/project/event.


Once you’ve approved the Moodboard, I will start playing with ideas: drawing, painting, designing, collaging, illustrating, but nothing too refined yet. This phase is one of research and experimentation.


As soon as I’ve received your feedback, I will start refining the chosen design and creating marketing collaterals if needed. We will collaborate on two more rounds* of revisions before finalising the design.

*I will be flexible on small revisions, but any revision that will seem unreasonable or any big revision or u-turn in the design direction will be charged an additional cost.

Refine & deliver.

It’s time to polish everything to perfection. Depending on the project, I will look at creating visual guidelines, choosing paper stocks, fonts, getting printed proofs or anything else we might need. When our project has come to a close and the final invoice has been paid, I will send over a link to download all your final files.
