What hardware/software do you use?

I use Adobe Creative Cloud on my Wacom Cintiq 13HD and Procreate on my iPad Pro 10.5” with the Apple Pencil for drawing. I use Photoshop/Illustrator for getting my artwork ready to be printed.


What Photoshop brushes do you use?

I usually use Kyle Webster’s brushes.

Did you study/what did you study?

I have a Master of Arts in Media Studies and Design at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) and a MBA in Digital Marketing.


What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please send an email with your order number (you can find this in your email confirmation) and a description of the issue to hello@cristinamatias.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can.


Processing time

The time I need to pack your order is around 3 business days. I usually ship orders once a week.


How long does shipping usually take?

I usually include an estimate on each store listing. Some orders will take longer depending on cultural events (during holidays postal carriers usually see a significant influx of orders needing to be processed and therefor shipping times are affected) and region (often orders to rural areas will take longer than those to metropolitan areas). If you are worried, please feel free to email me.


I put in the wrong address, Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses, as an independent illustrator/designer I can’t afford to do so. Please check your address when placing your order and you can do so afterwards on your order confirmation. If you realise that you’ve entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP and we will do our best to rectify the error if we can.
